Snow?!?!

So, we had a huge winter storm this past weekend. I was at work and guess where I stayed...at work :( I was held captive by BWMC. I couldn't have gone anywhere if I wanted to though. The roads were awful. They were covered in ice. It didn't snow so much as it sleeted and freezed. I was pretty at first but then it was just wet and cold. I got to spend the nights working and the days trying to sleep at the hospital. Now I really feel bad for having to wake patients up in the middle of the night to do vital signs or just to check on them b/c now I see how hard it is to sleep during the day.
I have no pictures. Since I was at the hospital, Craig was home with the kids and of course he didn't take any pictures. He probably didn't even go outside. Oh, well. Mother and Daddy helped him out by taking Tyler to stay with them. He had a good time. I called on Monday to talk to him and he didn't want to talk b/c he was watching cartoons. Guess he was having a good time with Nana and Papa :) I called home to talk to Elijah and he got mad b/c I interrupted his game with daddy. Izzy was asleep. So much for that phone call. Back to work.
All I can say is that I hope to never get stuck at the hospital again during a code white. Not fun. It was exhausting. Working 3 nights in a row with very little sleep is hard! My poor patients did not get the best care to say the least. Just glad its over!
